Positive: The location was good. It was a quiet neighbourhood and very easy access to highway to go to Cologne or Bonn. There were enough equipment needed for 7 persons (dishes, glasses, pan, & etc) and even more extra things in the kitchen (like tables for dishwasher or washing machine). The house was clean and smelt good. There were enough towels in the bathroom and kitchen. I like that we only needed a code to pick up our key and the owner shared the wifi very quickly after our arrival.
Negative: The owner was not guest friendly to my view. We offered if we could check out a bit later as we had little kids and it was difficult to make everything ready by 10am. We were even willing to pay for the late check-out. The owner didn't even reply to us. They were also not giving information for check-out (such as where to leave the garbage or leave the key) before the check-out time. A quicker reply to questions was very appreciated! The bed was okay but the pillow was extremely small (kid's size) and the blanket was super warm to be used in Jul. The house has a very poor quality bathroom and douch.
Summary: It was a fine property to spend a long weekend.
